  • Our individual perinatal therapy sessions offer personalized support and guidance to individuals navigating the complexities of pregnancy, childbirth, and the postpartum period. Tailored to meet the unique needs and concerns of each client, these sessions provide a safe space to explore emotions, develop coping strategies, and foster resilience during this transformative time.

  • Our group therapy is guided by a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who leads structured activities and interventions. Groups are aimed at addressing specific therapeutic goals and helping clients work through psychological issues or challenges in a more focused manner.

  • Our support groups strive to provide a safe space for individuals to connect with others who can relate to their experiences. Support groups foster a sense of belonging and empowerment through shared understanding and mutual encouragement. Our support groups are facilitated by members of the community or a licensed professional.
